Anakin & CP30: so much anxiety. SO MUCH. 90% of Threepio's personality is anxiety and concern on how to appease others and appear like you know what you're doing.
Revan & HK-47: such a sarcastic shit they gotta clarify everything they say just so you KNOW they are a sarcastic shit (or maybe they autistic and just want to be as clear as possible? Both?) Also has a very strong gallows humor. Would like some murder, as a treat. Treats stupidity as something to be admired for how much failure it leads to.
