oh my god I just saw a finnpoe edit and was sent all the way back in time.
so basically my dad forced me and my siblings to watch all of the Star Wars movies, but the force awakens was always my favorite (because had a fat gay crush on Rey at the time, kind of still do)
and back then even as a child and not knowing it was an actual crush or anything I KNEW that Finn and Poe were in love, I just didn’t have the words to express it.
anyway, learning NOW for the first time in 2026 that finnpoe is an actual ship, and that the actors wanted it to happen no less, brings so much joy to my childhood self.
I genuinely feel like something in me just came full circle and healed.
