Ingredients: 2 cups corn kernels. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cornmeal. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C and grease a tart pan. In a large bowl, combine corn kernels, flour, cornmeal, eggs, milk, melted butter, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart pan and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
