Because of the rise and the demand for concepts like this, consumers get back their respect for meat. Again there is a need for quality and the authentic taste of meat. It's nice to see that the animals, that were once living beings, are given the appreciation they deserve .

There is a backlash to the speed of the society. We do not take the time to reflect on anything and almost every minute someone creates a new gadget that makes life even faster. We need thing that took time. We want meat that is dried for 28 days and then be prepared with care, rather than squirted McDonald's hamburgers that are already waiting for you before you ordered it. Authenticity , quality, transparency and professionalism are important or becoming important values to many people, that fit perfectly with the Boutique Butchers.
