scorpion 2x23 vs 3x01/3x02 major continuity mistake 

By all accounts none of the writers or graphics people would make such a major continuity mistake & not catch it, so this is most likely due to the network demanding to change te timeline... and catch up to real time before actually necessary (ep 3x06 had to fall on Oct 31st, but there was really no need to have eps 1-5 follow the real-world-timeline. They could’ve just as easily catch up to real time any time in/between episodes 3-5.) But for some reason the decision was made to mess up the timeline...big time. 

I'm willing to even believe a big timejump after ep 2/in ep 3, but continuity mistakes like the one revealed when compared episodes 2x23 & 3x01/02, bother me greatly. No network/show/writers should allow such a mess, where ep 2x23 claims it’s end of April and next ep 3x01 claims it’s 24-48 hours later, yet it’s suddenly past July 26th... I’d really like to know and understand why cbs/team scorpion made this kind of decision.

My favourite (amusing) part of the episode is when Collins sets ups the dental floss labyrinth around Toby, and himself, and then (after hearing the team has arrived) manages to leave it without disturbing any of the theads in just a few seconds/in a minute (did he crawl under them, did he know exactly where to step to get out, did he leave the other way/opposite side than Sly/Happy/Team entered as in there was an easy way in/out from the other side?)

And then Sly & Happy arrived moments later, and spent a minute or few just staring at the labyrith, trying to figure out how to get to Toby. And even though they did not know that Mark had not built it from inside out, but criss-cross and around himself, too....but even so... how were they not able to see the way in/out? Whichever way Collins used to get out of the labyrith? Even the whole team together could not figure it out in the given time. And Toby also apparently did not see how Collins got out, hence he didn’t tell others how to get in - using Collings escae method/route? (So was there an easy way out, or wasnt there and the thread cutting scene was added also for dramatic effect  andhe could not have gotten out ithout disturbing the therads)

Hori says she can’t do housework (?). In the beginning, she had to do all the housework in the absence of her parents and tried to hide that side of herself, just known by Miyamura and her brother.

Or, in other words, continuity mistakes...  (notice how when Toby drinks from the bottle & puts it on the table, it is almost empty, and when he lifts up the bottle again...a minute later...there is much more liquid in it than there was before...)

@shaaawhat No, actors don’t usually drink real alcohol during scenes, when characters are drinking alcohol. It is a non-alhoholic beverage in the cups, glasses, and bottles that we see in tv. And they choose a benerage/liquid that is similar in colour, etc.  Some drink tea instead of whiskey. Some drink water intead of vodka. Some drink red grape juice instead of red wine, etc etc I do not know what EKT was drinking in this scene, but I highly doubt it was real alcohol (a few movie directors have actually used real alcohol & actors gotten drunk for “drunken” scenes, but this is not very often, and usually in films, not on tv)
