It depends on the kind of sad. Usually, nowhere in particular. I go through the day, just...sad. I need a lot of alone time even on good days, so someplace private is usually a good bet. I gravitate towards green spaces, which in the city means parks. Sometimes I want to be sad around people, so parks in NYC can be very good for that, even when they aren’t very good for solitude.

I am pretty solidly in Slytherin, and I have come to terms with it now. I used to be very unsure as a kid and I’d put myself in Ravenclaw because people told me I was smart, but it never felt right. There was a lot of slytherin self-hate for several years. I feel good about it now.

Something i believe in....i believe that stories are the most important thing. Stories are what we carry with us from childhood to being old and wrinkly, and they never diminish in value, but grow over time. For example, a true story from my grandpa. He grew up in Brooklyn, and he was born in like 1928 so when he was a little kid in the 30s, there were still horses and carriages on the roads with Model Ts and stuff. So outside of some places, there would be signs that said “FREE WATER” for your horses. My grandpa’s name is Walter, so when he was a little kid still learning to read, he was really really confused about why there was a sign saying “FREE WALTER” because he was fine, he didn’t need to be freed.

56. What do you like on your toast?: Thing is, eating things that are mostly bread gives me the hiccups without fail. So my favorite thing on toast is a hot turkey sandwich, which is a very American thing to do with Thanksgiving leftovers. Take a piece of toast, pile on turkey leftovers, cover in gravy, and microwave until everything is warm through. Best thing EVER.

Sedna: Sedna is an Inuit sea Goddess and Goddess of the underworld. In her legend, she was a maiden who was married off against her will to an evil spirit (I've heard either a dog-spirit or bird-spirit), who becomes angry that she runs away when her father rescues her in their kayak.  The husband frightens the father, who throws Sedna overboard.  She hangs onto the side of the kayak with her hands, but her father takes his axe and cuts off her fingers.  Her fingers become the first sea creatures, and Sedna falls to the bottom of the ocean, where she becomes Queen of the underworld called Adlivun, where the dead are purified, preserved, or punished.
