I was always the “start on Monday, quit by Wednesday, let all hell break loose, and then start over on Monday” kinda girl. ✖️it was EXHAUSTING and FRUSTRATING!
I got so sick of letting myself down, pumping myself back up, and going right back down that roller coaster. 🎢
In 2018, I had ENOUGH! I decided to commit to 80 workouts with my online trainer, a nutrition plan, a daily superfood shake, and checking in daily with my coach and a group of other ladies all doing the same program RIGHT👏ALONGSIDE👏ME.

But guess what??
I DID IT.
I completed all 80 of those workouts and stuck to my nutrition, while still being able to have some treats! So what was different from that program and all the other hundred million workouts I had tried?
My badass community of ladies that were there to support me, sweat their 🍑s off, and bond over how sore our booty’s were…every single day! 👊
Knowing that other people are showing up and waiting to see you log your workout for the day is mega motivating! I didn’t want to fall behind. I wanted to stay up with my girls and do this thing, ONE DAY AT A TIME, together!
There is just something so magical about completing a BRAND NEW program together for the first time! The excitement and hype is unreal!💫
