Today, Iâm celebrating. đâŁâšâŁâšIâm celebrating the fact that I have the ability to move my body, get stronger, and give myself some mental sanity each and every day.âŁâšâŁâšI used to think working out was just about being skinny, but Iâve since realized itâs SO much more than that.âŁâšâŁâšItâs about doing something for yourself, working towards a healthy, happy version of you that is THRIVING, not just surviving.âŁâšâŁâšSo today, on National Fitness Day, Iâm pushing play on my workout and feeling JOYFUL about moving my body. đȘâŁâšâŁâšI have gained so much strength, both physically and mentally since starting these workout programsâŠand Iâm HERE for it.
