Today, Iâm celebrating. đâŁâ¨âŁâ¨Iâm celebrating the fact that I have the ability to move my body, get stronger, and give myself some mental sanity each and every day.âŁâ¨âŁâ¨I used to think working out was just about being skinny, but Iâve since realized itâs SO much more than that.âŁâ¨âŁâ¨Itâs about doing something for yourself, working towards a healthy, happy version of you that is THRIVING, not just surviving.âŁâ¨âŁâ¨So today, on National Fitness Day, Iâm pushing play on my workout and feeling JOYFUL about moving my body. đŞâŁâ¨âŁâ¨I have gained so much strength, both physically and mentally since starting these workout programsâŚand Iâm HERE for it. Not only that, I have more energy, my clothes are fitting better, and I feel confident.âŁâ¨âŁâ¨Iâm showing up and showing up for ME!âŁâ¨âŁâ¨And to make it even sweeter, I get to help the ladies in my group feel this way too and get their confidence back.âŁâ¨âŁâ¨Itâs the best of both worlds. đâŁâ¨âŁâ¨What workout are YOU pushing play on today?
