I cannot believe it has been 6 years since I created this blog. During these last 6 years I have learned a lot about my personal journey, making it more holistic. I gained 60 pounds while I was pregnant, then lost 50, finding my new normal to be a little heavier than what it was before kids. I have gained over 400 followers- thank you!!! I’m learning more and more how to fit in time to reflect and time to work on this blog while working, being a mom, a friend, and living life.
