For the first time in a while, I've felt confident enough to paint my nails. This might not seem like much to anyone else but I'm really proud of myself for getting to this point. I normally tell people that I don't like getting my nails painted or that getting nails done is a waste of time but I genuinely enjoy the colors and it's my favorite way of expressing myself. It just felt too feminine and I'm already not passing well. I know that this isn't much to most people and I know that most people won't understand but this is a huge step for me.

Going back to work has definitely helped my goals, even if I work at a cupcake place. The first screenshot is a day at work and the second is my day off. Way more active at work!!

Got caught up in talking during my post-workout walk but otherwise got in a good workout

Got my booty in gear and went on a long walk, over an hour! Reached my step goal already!

Digital tools don’t replace effort; they simply help you notice it better.

-I lost 7 inches around my abdomen and 3 inches around my waist. My booty game is still going strong 😂😂
