I know i know, we all hate Disney's pushing these monstrosities in our faces but listen- I didn't seek it out it happened to show up on my TL because somebody I follow qrt'd her. I checked it out of curiosity

She basically said that if a live action PATF came out the studio would make Charlotte a racist female dog.

Now we stan Miss Char in this house we don't tolerate slander against her! But anyways I thought that was pretty weird that she assumed something like that. So in typical GritsandBrits action I responded in the best way I know how:

I pointed out that Charlotte would likely be changed to mixed/Creole. But even without, why would Charlotte be racist? Because she is white? Charlotte is beloved because she avoided the racist Karen trope (before it had a name) Disney is greedy as hell but it's not brainless. They would never do anything like that.

Then....she blocked me :(

Now I don't pay much attention to any Mari controversies, if anything I rather not get involved. But it got me thinking, this lady cannot handle any legitimate criticism (or in this case Squidward in his normal state). Not everything is a personal attack, Mari. Especially when you make this just to dunk on a movie that doesn't exist, has been confirmed to not exist, and reeks of pandering to #that side of the internet.
