Last night we got dinner with some friends we hadn't seen in awhile. We went to a new restaurant which turned out to be amazing: food was good, cocktails were good, the bar where we waited before being sat was awesome (padded edge for elbows, purse hooks, several bartenders), and the service was good.

My friend decided to play a little game with me, which went as follows:

Friend: How many eyes does a black rooster have?

Me: Two.

Friend: How many beaks does a black rooster have?

Me: One.

Friend: How many feet does a black rooster have?

Me: Two.

Friend: How many whiskers does a white cat have?

Me: Uh, I dunno, eight?

Friend: Sounds like you know a lot more about black cock than white p*ssy.

So, very silly, she got me, whatever. We groaned and laughed a little, then moved on.

But then, a black waiter came by to ask if we wanted fresh pepper on our food, and we said yes, and he had a FOUR-FOOT BLACK PEPPER GRINDER. I am not exaggerating, it was FOUR FEET LONG. We held it together until he left, but then we lost it. I mean, can you believe the comic timing of the universe??

And the entire dinner was just so fun. Plus we had fried brie fondue balls and those were just akflfhdfllkjfgd
