My poor little darling daughter surely can 😔 Time to stock up on lemons, ginger, garlic and honey to make up an infusion packed with antioxidants to help her recover quicker. Put equivalent amounts of grated ginger and garlic in boiling water, turn the heat down and let simmer for 15 minutes.
