Enjoy these simple but tasty new potatoes that are covered in a fragrant butter made with parsley. Great for a cozy meal when your house is empty.

Ingredients: 500g new potatoes, halved. 50g butter. 1 handful fresh parsley, finely chopped. Salt to taste.

Instructions: Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and parsley to the pot with the potatoes. Toss the potatoes until the butter melts and coats them evenly. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot as a delicious side dish.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes
