When Loveday finally rolled around, Cinder was beyond excited!! Quinn had agreed to spend the day together, so long as they got to decide where. It didn’t matter to Cinder; anywhere would be the most romantic place in the world if sims were there!
Quinn found Cinder’s enthusiasm endearing, and worth a loving laugh. Thanks to Quinn’s choice, they were in fact in the most romantic place in the world!
Cinder wasn’t sure what to make of the locale. He’d never been to a bar before, and he hadn’t heard of Ciudad Enmorada before. It was a really different experience for him!
It got even weirder when a random sim got hold of Cinder’s number, and was apparently spying on their relationship?? But clearly not enough to know that Cinder was walking the delicate line between putting a ring on it and not scaring off the love of his life.
But everything else melted away when they were talking to Quinn. Every conversation they had was just like the one on the night they’d met; comfortable, exciting, and all that really mattered.
Seriously, the guy could not stop celebrating! It was adorable!
And yet, something managed to draw Cinder’s attention away from the love of their life. A strange shriek, followed by a THUMP!! Cinder wasn’t sure what to make of it… was this what bars were like?
Then the paparazzi made their presence known, and it all became clear! Cinder and Quinn didn’t know who the celebrity was, but both of them thought celebrity status and die-hard fans were kind of silly.
Cinder loved being with Quinn, any time anywhere. But Cinder was trying to get better at putting himself first, and a paparazzi filled bar was just not somewhere he was comfortable. Maybe not everything had to be a fairytale in the Disney Princess challenge!
Cinder had nothing to worry about; Quinn quite agreed! So they took the rest of their date outside to enjoy some simple, quiet cloudgazing.
Turns out clouds are pretty steamy topics of conversation XD It was time to spice things up a little…
