So yesterday after deciding I was going to do this 1/2 I went to circuit class. It truly is a great class and a good way to mix up my workouts because they can get stale. I do my classes with 5 Star Fitness Circuit Classes Townsville. Lyndsey Goriss is the PT and creator and I have to say I am truly jealous of how fit she is. Seriously, major girl crush. If I could I would just put my head on her body and then I'd be happy for the rest of my life. Anyways, that was a great class and then this morning I woke up and was obviously slack and woke up at 9:30 instead of the 7:30 I wanted to and tried to run in that. I did 1 km and I think I had a little bit of heat exhaustion. I'll save you the gory details, but I thought I was dying a slow painful death, lol. And tonight I was going to do another circuit class, but unfortunately with me not being able to drive and all my circuit friends bailing and circuit being out in North Shore I could not make it there. I think next time I'll post something on the facebook page because I seriously had no excuse not to go and only 1 km of run isn't good enough if I'm going to actually achieve this goal. Tomorrow I plan on going for a run AT 7 AM! And then I'll bike to work since I start at 11:30 anyways. So that'll be sweet. Anywho, feel free to give me some kind of motivation, 'cause it'd be more than appreciated.
