I am a yapper so it's time for a Cinna Ramble
I've been thinking a lot about my personal characterizations of the oz gang and especially the Tin Man (partly thanks to finishing The Woodsman play by James Ortiz)... And y'know what. I love many adaptations and depictions of the Tin Man. I love him being an emotional sweetheart who romanticizes life, I love him dealing with the horror and deep internal shame of what he is compared to who he used to be, I love him being rather gruff and almost "heartlessly" pessimistic because of his state.
The Oz books and characters have a special place in my heart, but so does the adaptations that come from passionate fans and the desire to build upon a character that's charmed you in some way. I don't necessarily agree with automatically regarding such deviations as "mischaracterization", because there's so much you can do with Oz and its terrifically fantastic world and characters.
Needless to say—as I'm working on my Tin Man design and characterization, I think I'm going to mix those aspects I love. He can be tender and romantic, deep down he wants to be. But what happened to him is horrific and he resents it. He is colder or pessimistic at times because of what he's seen and what he feels (or, in his point of view, lack thereof). I think these traits can compliment each other in a creative sense and be so fun to write. I love a good tragedy of the Tin Man, and I love the glimpses of hope, love, and perseverance shining through his story. There's so much more I want to do and say but I'll leave that for another time.
This was inevitable, so none of y'all better act surprised!! 🫵 Yes, I *had* to draw my little furry freak simping over Doug. Sweet and douchey characters being paired together is so fun to me, opposites attract to the fullest here 😭 They were practically made for each other and I'll explain my insanity:
any transprogrammers want to program me?👉👈 im cute and easy to manipulate..!! bonus points if youre an adult map (trans, chono or alter) because im transaam
Manifesting Methods I like
I want to preface this off by saying that methods are unnecessary to manifest your desire, and there is no right way to manifest. However, these are just some of the things I like doing to manifest.
Scripting
Ahhh scripting my beloved. If you haven’t heard of it, scripting is basically where you write down all of your desires and then manifest them into reality. I personally like this one the most since I've always been a huge fan of planning out all of my ideas and writing everything down before manifesting it into reality. Definitely recommend this to all my writers or anyone who likes thinking about the details. If anyone would be interested, I can share more about my script in another post.
Visualizing/Daydreaming
I'm sure all of us have had moments where we fantasized about something we desired. Well, what if you could use that to manifest? With visualizing, you can! Just think of what you'd see in real life if your desire took place. 1. Who'd be there? 2. What would you be saying if anything? 3. What do your surroundings look like?
Now just keep looping that scenario in your head! I find myself often in the shower or before bed just randomly thinking scenarios, and not even a week later, the same scenario takes place in the 3d.
Vision Board
This method is pretty talked about, both in and out of the community, but it's still the same regardless! I made a pinterest board with sections for each part of my dream life, and I just look at it whenever I feel like it, to really immerse myself in the end. You can also affirm that you have everything on the list.
Affirming
Arguably the easiest method out of everything listed here, all you have to do is to think the thoughts you want to think, and then you'll get everything you desire lol. It's definitely the most convenient, and I catch myself doing it everytime my brain is idle(doing chores etc). Also a great way to live in the end with minimal effort.
Listening to Music
A crowd favorite when in the feels, listening to badass music has never failed to lift my spirits. This isn't manifesting persay, but it definitely helps me get back from a spiral when I need it. My current playlist has over 150 songs in it lol.
Subliminals
And as for subliminals, I don't listen to them too regularly, but only when I'm in the mood for it. There are so many talented submakers out there, and I often find myself getting new affirmation ideas from their subliminals lol. I definitely recommend looking at some channels if you're looking to manifest something new.
I don't really have a routine for doing any of these, and it's important to keep in mind that these methods are only done because I personally enjoy them. If you ever feel like you're forcing yourself to complete a method, just don't. Manifesting should be fun and easy for you guys, not a chore. This was a really brief overview into different methods I tried, so let me know if you'd like me to elaborate on anything!

Listen, I adore Dark Cacao. Easily one of my favourite characters altogether, but. He was a little out of order trying to kill Clotted Cream, because 1. Clotted Cream was right 2. Even if he was a little insensitive or he said things he disliked, you can’t kill someone over that.
Not only would he have killed Clotted Cream, he would’ve killed Financier too. Who’s job was to protect Clotted Cream, I understand where Cacao was coming from and was hurt and angry. But you can’t kill someone just like that, especially when you’re an authoritative figure such as a *king.*
The consequences that would’ve come from that too, people wouldn’t trust the ancients anymore. The Crème Republic would be livid, Light Cream would be devastated. And so on,
I understand his anger, but I’m glad Hollyberry stepped in when she did.
Sometimes I feel bad for rewriting elements of my extended lore over and over again, changing my headcanons and interpretations, etc…
Then I remember that HoME/the Silm exists. Tolkien did it too, so I don’t have to feel bad lmao
I had a Halloween marathon. I watched the original Halloween followed the 2018 sequel and Halloween kills. I'm so over it. They watched this man get shot, stabbed, and left in a burning building and they still think that's the way to end it all. No one thought of decapitating/quartering Michael. I doubt he'll be able to come back with his his head and limbs missing.
They were to comfortable at the end of the movie. The actress that played Marion came out of retirement to die and all those other survivors from the previous film died too. I have a lot more to say but I'll end it with this i like the cameo from the og creator it was unfortunate to see him die.
