A fun holiday treat is this Banana Split Christmas Fudge, which is very easy to make. It tastes like a banana split but with creamy white chocolate fudge instead of chocolate syrup. It will look great on your Christmas dessert table.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped dried bananas. 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, chopped. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Red and green sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off. Put the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. The dried banana chips, maraschino cherries, and walnuts should all be carefully mixed in. Spread the fudge mixture out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. Put the mini chocolate chips on top and press them into the fudge bit by bit. For a holiday touch, you can add red and green sprinkles if you want to. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan. Cut it into squares or rectangles after putting it on a cutting board. Enjoy your Banana Split Christmas Fudge after you've made it!
