This Peppermint Bark Fudge is a delightful holiday treat that combines the sweetness of white chocolate with the refreshing taste of peppermint. It's perfect for gifting or enjoying with loved ones during the festive season.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1/2 cup crushed candy canes.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch baking pan, leaving enough overhang on the sides to make it easy to take off. Put white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds while heating it in the microwave until it is smooth and well mixed. Add chocolate chips and half of the crushed candy canes and mix well. Put the fudge mix into the pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Add the rest of the crushed candy canes on top. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. The parchment paper edges can be used to help you get the fudge out of the pan. Serve it cut up into squares. Have fun!
