Dillon and Tristan were best friends, teammates, and practically brothers. But after Tristan’s death, Dillon started to learn things about him that he never knew. He was always a bit jealous of Tristan’s life because he seemed to have it all figured out. Dillon’s dad is a cop in town who worked on Tristan’s case and his mom works at the library in town. Dillon’s been told his entire life that he was just like his old man. The problem was that Dillon didn’t want to be anything like his dad. His dad worked the same job for over twenty years and he’s never left Woodbridge. That wasn’t what Dillon wanted. Dillon wanted to see the world and all it had to offer. He didn’t just want to, he needed to, as though some mysterious force had been telling him leave town now, before it was too late. Now with his best friend dead, Dillon wants answers and he’s willing to do anything to find the truth.
