What a week!

Well, the last point is probably a slight exaggeration but there was a helicopter overhead while I did my 15 minutes of sprint intervals.

There is life after Couch to 5k.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been tripping over my feet trying to run at different speeds to consolidate.
