Hi! Your guide on sarashi was awesome! Question, I have a 9 meter sarashi, am I supposed to use it all when wrapping around chest and stomach? Or do you cut it?

For whole torso (chest+stomach), yes the 9/10m are supposed to be used. Sarashi is normally kinda thin so it should not be a problem :)
But is you find it too long, cutting it is not unseen, especially if you find easier to wrap torso/stomach, stomach/underwear or chest/underwear separetly ^^
You can find several videos on youtube showing different wrapping methods (for men, women, pregancy etc) when searching for さらしの巻き方 (how to wrap sarashi)

Quick reminder as stated on my first post on sarashi binding: please be careful when you bind and never squeeze yourself in too much. It can be dangerous for your health.
As our modern undergarments, sarashi is here to help not smother you! If you are unconfortable (trouble breathing especially), you probably put it on wrong ;)
