i’ve gotten so used to wearing a binder that the sensation of wearing a bra is actually uncomfortable. usually i’ll get home take off my binder and not put a bra on just because the feeling of the straps is so horrible

Whenever I walk around with a binder on in public, I always tend to think that people will hyperfixate on the fact that there has been a huge change to my appearance in the first place.
But I kid you not, it’s like earrings or any other accessory. If people are actively looking for a change, they’ll see it. If a stranger in public, they won’t know what you look like without it on. If a friend, they won’t antagonize you for attempting to be more comfortable.
I don’t know, I still feel nervous wearing it in public, as if random strangers are staring at my flat chest and wondering if that was natural in the first place. But I’m glad to experience a binder rather than with the odd replacements. Anyway, merry pride. Wear that binder/transtape/sports bra.
