Ingredients:

a small onion

a half of a sweet pepper

5 eggs

50 grams of grated cheese

several olives

green onions

a handful of corn chips

salt and pepper

Steps:

1. Chop an onion and fry it for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add a sweet pepper chopped into cubes, sauté for 3-4 minutes. 2. Beat eggs in a deep bowl, mix well. Pour eggs on the top of vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese, add olives, chopped green onions and corn chips. 3. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to readiness on the stove or in the oven, preheated up to 180C for 10-15 minutes. 4. I have served the omelette with sweet and sour sauce.
