The more attention I give to that which my mind labels as "an obstacle" the more I give it power to keep me stuck emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Instead of wasting all my energy on dismantling and fighting the so-called obstacle, I must learn to become indifferent before it. To leave it be. To have my eyes glance at it as I would a tree or a bird flying over my head and nothing more. The goal here is to focus on changing the environment of the obstacle. To deprive it of water and sun. Of reason to come alive.
