You will have nothing left to loose. We are invested in our heart attacks. Swinging hesitantly, posthumously, making up words and jobs and songs and lovers, and profiles, and channels, and jazz, and maps, and digital maps, and more babies, and more merchandise, and books about Guinevere, and books about the stars and of Neil D. Tyson, and creating Netflix shows, on Netflix, and 80âs throwback references, and you were a child once, and now you arenât, and you're doing all right and you can play the honky tonk like anything, and you are mommy's little monster.
Poem Fragment, Head #01 Part 03. -NMB
I can get a new family every once in a while. It's not difficult to do except when I remember you.
Poem fragment. 2017. -NMB
What do you get when you take Godzilla to meet your mom? / He rings the bell and she looks out the window, and calls the cops. / I try to explain that he's mostly tame, as long as there's pizza and video games. / That's what you get when you take Godzilla to meet your mom.
From the song âGodzillaâ by Kesha.
As soon as I knew that you were essential, it became clear that you showed more potential.

A poetry reading.Â
âIt Was Good What We Did Yesterdayâ -with annotations
Elderly sexuality. (Silly hook) Terrified as I once was, as others are⊠I hate you, Vague Question Mark. (?) The First Family gets right down. (âO4 campaign, GWB)
Youâre stupid/perfect feature: (Pay attention, this is important) Auschwitz, presenting the enlightenment a deathblow. (A fragment)
Living Arrangements. (A reference to something you wonât be aware of) Observations of you are prescient, (Fancy) Falling down, passion me. Self-pleasure me. (Please) Grasp my hard concept and bite my hugs.
Ontological Arguments. (Hobby of mine) Please pretend, Vague Question Mark. (?) Itâs not as though youâre happy. Separate. Noble. Silent. We toil insufficiently apart.
Sexuality Workshop. (Bringing it all together)
My projects are an effort to justify my longings, of which are few, but classic. I refuse romantic imperialism, a poisonous fantasy, because it saves no one. Iâm clearly intent on waiting, perhaps out of apathy. I could achieve, but ruin you/ruin me.Â
George Busch Jr. has no use for psychobabble about his persona. âIf youâre the president, you donât have time to figure out who you are.â I learn from him that it may do us all some good, being the President of the United States. So, maybe, we should write less poetry and perhaps live more memories.  Persecution Cases. (Writing more poetry after the above statement.) Iâll film you/produce a film about you. Both. (My work is more concise that way)
Itâll start with us smoking on the front stoop. Â Â Â No, when you talked about quitting. Â Â Â No, when you kissed me twice. Â Â Â No, when we slept together. (Innocently)
Deforming Reality. (Why art is better)
There is a high demand for stories in romance. This seems to be the consensus: When faced with animosity, fighting for love creates a flawless bond. The couple works hard to earn the right to love each other, and is rewarded with âhappily ever after.â Fighting a purple dragon is one thing, but arguing over macaroni and cheese is another challenge altogether. A challenge Aurora and Philip may not have survived.  Â
Having one of those random you moments. Stuff. Talking. Jason Lee. Strangely paused. You exert soft power over me.
I canât appreciate many of you the way Iâd like. As a stimulus package, you fail. But as a reminder⊠hopefully you understand, that I begin craving perfection in your wake. I work out more and watch what I eat.

Poem. 2015
The best thing that ever happened to us was you breaking up with me, but itâs been a long time and weâre different people. Weâve learned so so much since then. Weâve had to learn to live without each other. I feel like we can take all weâve learned and make something new and special. We could be so good together. We have a real shot now.â Â Â Â Â She was pacing, a repetitive movement that helps juices flow and stress be relieved--a nervous habit for her. Realizing her weak body language, she quickly refocused her efforts on standing still in front of him and staring into the spotlight blue eyes she loved so much. Â Â Â Â Â âYou and me babe, how about it?â She said this half smiling, following her usual habit of unintentionally treating life as a cosmic joke.
