So. Had my follow up today from the bleeding over the weekend. Cervical polyp. I hate the word polyp, by the way. Ugh. This stupid thing will bleed when I'm sitting. It bleeds when I walk. It borderline pours after even the gentlest of sex. Oh and the doctor said to hold off on that. 😒 I have an appointment in 3 weeks for my anatomy scan. I'm going to ask them about removing it. I've read posts about other women who have gotten theirs removed after 16 weeks of pregnancy and have been golden the rest of the way. I'm due in August. That's 5 months away. Mark deploys the same month for 9 months. 14 months with no sex. That sounds like a nightmare to be honest. The doctor today told me that when they get removed they bleed worse than when they're left alone....true. But only for a few days, I've read. I would rather bleed for a few days than bleed for the duration of my pregnancy AND the bleeding that comes after the baby.
It's beginning to look a lot like cervix...
Some people have a service animal, I have a cervix animal. Now excuse me while I take my special support pal for a walk.

Long post , sorry
Yesterday I turned 21 weeks , we went to baby's r us to begin a registry, I'm 21 and I was so overwhelmed by everything , in a new state , pregnant, without my family and not a single supporter (besides my husband), I just thought I can't , I don't even know what to provide for my baby now what makes me think I can be a good mother, we went home , mid afternoon , me and my husband have sexual intercourse, immediately afterwards I began to bleed heavily and bright red, and I quickly showered and it wouldn't stop, we ended up in the hospital, and I cried so much , and i begged that baby would be fine , I prayed , we got to the emergency room , they attended me quickly , they checked and found my very quarter sized filled polyp , which I irritated during sex, they removed it and checked the baby with an ultrasound, and on it was my beautiful baby girl sucking her toe , she was playing with her toes, and I cried, bc Mommy was so scared and nervous and she's so happy playing with her feet in my tummy . I don't know if I'm gonna be a good mom , but I do know I will try my best and I will love her with all my being and more.
