I’m assuming you are asking for headcanons, lol. I’ll write some up bc I hate myself and love angst. <33333

- when the alpha dies, the omega will immediately feel the bond break and will either pass out or just become hysterical 

- omega will have to be rushed to the hospital when ^this happens. pup(s) and mother will be monitored. 

- if the alpha dies in the first trimester, omega might lose the pup(s) because of the stress of the bond break (probably like 75%). in the second they are somewhat safe, but can still miscarry or give birth prematurely (this is like a 45% chance of any of that happening). in the third trimester they can give birth prematurely and babies will need a lot of help, mothers can give birth at a reasonable time as well. 

- if mothers get to the hospital in time, doctors will put omegas in a medically induce coma so they can heal mentally and physically

- omegas immediately feeling the bond break and just break down, pup(s) will squirm in distress, because they know

- they can get sick, can die, after the death of the alpha because they need their alpha’s presences and scent in order to have an easy pregnancy 

- omega will become severely depressed

- they will try to use their alpha’s clothes sparingly to make up for the lack of scent of their alpha

- they will create a nest of their alpha’s things and the pup(s) clothing, they won’t leave this for days because they are weak and depressed

- omegas will more than likely not leave the house and hang around the areas their alpha tended to be around it 

- omegas will talk to their bellies about their father, wanting to desperately teach their child(ren) about their alpha 

- family of the alpha and omega will do their best to help the omega in their time of need

- ^ if the alpha had a brother they will try to help the omega out with the scenting 

- omegas will have more doctor’s appointments because doctors need to make sure that the babies are still alive and thriving 

- pup(s) will be less active than other pup(s) with the alpha

- omegas will nest a lot

- omegas are way more emotional than others 

- they will more than likely lose weight and become insomniac 

- omegas who lose their alpha will more than likely have postpartum depression

- when in labor, they will try to have a home birth, but they will be more than likely made to go to the hospital because the omega will become very distressed

- ^ they will more than likely go feral during labor as well

- omegas will try to nest with other omegas because of the natural sense of comfort 

- they can go feral at any given time because they are on high alert about everything
