I think I'm going to make a video series called Keto Basics. Good idea? Cauliflower mash is usually suggested as a mash substitute food for beginners. I never liked cauliflower in the beginning. No matter how hard I tried. Cauliflower mash, cauliflower rice (still not a fan), cauliflower mac and cheese (Ha. Ha.)... they all had one thing in common, they all tasted like cauliflower. 😅 So my advice to people starting out is to not try to replace old favourites, rather find your keto favourites. It's been 10 months and i have perfected my caulimash recipe.
