Big shocker, but I really fucking love my cat!!! 17/07/26
these were taken one year apart now!! shes grown so much & she looks so happy + healthy now. i remember when i posted her for the first time & all those lovely cat experts wanted to know if I worked out her breed. I'll have to find that & make a major update because she is genuinely the prettiest cat in the world?? And now I know her, she fits the standard for the Serengeti so well she could've been a pageant queen worth a lot of human money, but I'm not that kind of parent!! You may look at her photos but she's my best comrade β€οΈ
I can see why/how she had come out of a cat hoarding situation.. her sisters looked just like her too, a couple of them also had vitiligo, making them look even more unique! Glad I could give this queen a proper home & everything she deserves in life.
i found all my belongings finally so i will attempt to rebuild her (at this point, DIY) cat tower. she has really gotten the hang of opening draws and draws, seems a lot more settled in with me here & is no longer having any tantrums if I decide to leave for a bit. It's amazing how she helps me recognize and reconcile with the idea of the passage of time.
also: wow baby milestones, I think my girl just had her first hairball πΊ 1 year and 7 months old! im weirdly having a major proud parent moment, i was wondering when she would. i think she feels bad about it cuz she's been guarding it under the bed looking guilty as can be π i told her she's a very good girl, she's so clean & has never made a mess outside of the litter box, poor baby lol. shes even been washing her paws in water after going to the litter box! i gave her a little bowl for that so she wasn't putting litter in her drinking water. she then wipes her feet on her little play mat before touching the ground, sorry for outting my cat's bathing ritual to everyone but man, ill talk about her doing ANYTHING for hours on end.
