I stopped off at the bank last week. A young man in a Mercedes sedan pulled in next to me with blaring music, taking up two spots. He left the engine running and music thumping for his passengers as he proceeded inside. Meanwhile I waited my turn at the ATM outside. It’s no secret that I occasionally lack the ability to keep my mouth shut when dealing with arrogant or stupid people. If I were in my daily driver car, I’d have kept quiet….but I wasn’t, and I couldn’t. As he exited the bank, I simultaneously completed my ATM transaction outside. He opened dialogue by complimenting my Lambo. I thanked him graciously and reciprocated…although I indicated that his parking skills apparently required attention. His front seat passenger turned the thumping music down to hear the balance of the exchange. I subsequently asked if he needed someone to, say, teach him how to park correctly within lines; A skill apparently taught on a day he was absent from kindergarten. Perhaps his passengers could guide him into the next parking spot; one stationed on each side of his car. His passengers laughed; one of which exclaimed how a b**ch just put his a$$ in its place. I smirked, closed my car door and fired up my engine.
