Oh no, I fucking love Armstrong. His shtick works perfectly for me, and I am so glad he appears more than the Ed Short jokes, which I fucking hate hate hate. I can't stop thinking about the end of Sally's adaptation of The Telltale Heart (notably, the only part we see). Changing the murdered's man heart... to Julie's (character in the play) alarm clock. It seems so silly that I brushed it off at first, but like. Clocks are not an Innocent element in Welcome Home.

Ohhh, I strongly recommend reading the Project Hail Mary book. It has so much fantastic worldbuilding and it gets really interesting with the difference between humans and Eridians (the species Rocky is). It actually reminded me of your worldbuilding, actually. I would say beforehand that it also has a lot of very… Specific science and maths, but you don't need to understand it to get the book.

My Favourite Ship
Kagami, Marinette and Adrien. I love them. I think they go well together. Each pair within the set is really strong, and each pair within the set also still has very strong emotions around the third. They could have been a pretty standard love triangle, and I would have liked them probably a lot even with that. But the show really went out of the way to develop the Kagami/Marinette relationship both with and without Adrien in it, and that just adds so much.
My Most Hated Ship
Kagami and Felix. I mean, the fandom has done a GREAT job with it, absolutely knocked it out of the park but the fucking studio??? Are you people fUCKING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW????
In WHAT universe does that ship naturally evolve from the setting and narrative as it existed at that time! It DOESN'T!!! You just SLAPPED that in because you were TIRED OF DEALING WITH KAGAMI'S EMOTIONAL INTIMACY WITH MARINETTE and the stupid fucking Lila thing didn't break it enough for your tastes and you needed a fucking HOTFIX.

My Unusual Ship
I think there's a lot of room for exploration within the framework of Lila/Kagami. Lila is so deliciously toxic, and Kagami has her every vulnerability written on her sleeve, if not her forehead. Which is part of why the back half of S5 is SO DAMN INSULTING AUGH

My Favourite Headcanon
Kagami is the Sex Ed Friend and she takes her responsibilities very seriously. With how messy the romantic entanglements of her peer group are, it is terribly important to guard against disease. It would rip through Marinette's entire school in a week.
