A civilian Tortugan! This little nerd is an immigrant who lives in Khoros (hence why theyre not blown to smithereens)
Tortugans/ Alburian Pelarotas have always felt very panda-like to me so i think their native environment is very different from the deserts of Khoros. But apart from a tan and the occasional sunburn he seems to be having a pretty snazzy time
although I imagine he probably gets asked WAY too often by tetramands if they can throw him around like a volleyball. Im pretty sure that's like, a microaggression
