He's amazing yknow? He's gonna go so far. He's one of those people you meet in high school and go "wow you are gonna be someone one day". Now we are all graduating, and it's his chance to make it. So he is leaving for New York and I can't help but to wish I was going to be someone too so we could be somebody together.

Okay, now that I have finished wallowing, screw that. You ARE going to be someone. You are amazing. You just wrote something so beautiful I legitimately spent all of today thinking about it. You inspire me.
Give yourself more credit, okay? I have spent a large part of this year learning about people, and what I have learned is that kindness goes a long way. What I’ve learned is that the best people are perfectly ordinary with big hearts.
I have also learned this: no matter how much you love someone and no matter how much they love you back, you can never become “one” with them - at least not at this stage of your life. In love or not, you will always be two people, two separate, different people.
So, you might never become the kind of “someone” that he will be, but you will grow into the kind of “someone” that *you* are supposed to be. Believe in yourself.
