priscilla was born blind as a baby and raised in the foster system. her mother wasn't sure if she could raise priscilla adequately and turned her over. growing up, priscilla has dealt with a few bad apples that would mess with her and at one point they put gum in her hair … so she did have a short hair but eventually it grew back.
she works part time at library when she was younger but as she grew older, the library hired her full time. she enjoys the peace and quiet and knows her way around the library. she also uses her abilities secretly … usually clicking her fingers or with her white cane.
priscilla discovers that she has special abilities: echolocation/sonar and sonic scream at some point during her life in the foster system. a group of girls had pushed her around and when she screamed, it was on a next level. mirrors broke and they all went unconscious. no one questioned priscilla because her disability. it became an unnatural phenomenon but the girls had left her alone since than.
at one point, someone had put gum in her hair as a joke but that really upset her especially because she’s always loved brushing her hair. she couldn’t tell what it looked like but running her fingers through it and maintaining it was the one thing she had control of and how she handled her hardships.
