I decided to go out of my comfort zone a little to do a Valentine's week spread. I encourage all of you to try new ideas even if they come out messy like this. It's only a week of using it and I learn that I may or may not like this kind of weekly spread. Journaling can be difficult and stressful, but it's meant to be an outlet to destress yourself. If you can bear going out of your comfort zone, try a little change each week. Life is and will always be harder than changing the color pen, tape, or layout you use. So try not to stress about the little things. I'm sorry I haven't been posting much at all this year. I'm really trying to be better about it.

I just got myself some of my favorite fineliners! This is another thing a lot of you ask me about; what pens I use. Staedtler is a fantastic brand and I've never had an issue with bleeding or ghosting through. They are a bit pricey, but I got these by using a gift card.
