The once gave me the the ability at work to approve a 15 min dance session for stress relief everyone for our team on 2 Friday afternoon in one month .
I took Michael Scott Dance Friday idea and made it real ;;to help make work at least for 15 mins a dance party and at least get you out of work mode even for 15 mins..Many people laughed at the idea like no one is going to come on a Friday afternoon.. I started the dance off and then at least 3 to 4 more came in to dance.. Then they wanted this to happen more for those the Fridays they missed and then guess what more people came now productivity did did for those 15 mins stop but everyone had that extra boost afterward to finish their week with a positive feeling..
See you can make things better with give people an automatic recess during their day I guarantee it will be the highlight of the a week.. you just have to put action to your game plan..
