I've seen many fantastic IKEA bookcase hacks, but here's yet another great built-in project. Tutorial by Claire Douglas at IKEAhackers. The wall color vs. white bookcases in this living room look really classy.
Wow. I love seeing the solutions he came up with and the excellent use of space. It was quite a juxtaposition with how the finished look turned out. But I'm supposing he somehow likes that. And it could be done with very different finishes, still on budget, and actually look really great.
