Love real history.

Yes, America always was an explicitly Christian project. No matter how much people want to change it into a new formula that’s really for all the other world religions or even for Catholicism… it’s not true. We can call it more vaguely Christian or just focus on the religious freedom as if for any all things that can be called religions which would include every cult including those that enter into murder/suicide pacts. We can focus on how easily workable it always is to refer to it as Judeo-Christian because at least that one has historically worked out very well. But it was not only explicitly Christian but also explicitly Protestant Christian. That is the truth of what really created this country. There will always be differences and versions and interpretations just like evil and corruptions will always come into it. But the foundation could never have been built without the primarily Protestant Christian nature of the incredibly strong beliefs our forefathers had.

Not halfway through a reaction video and I almost NEEDED to go to the original video and share it around. I’ve spoken with others a million times over the last several years about the fact that there is a ton of serious downside to our hyperconnectivity, often waving my phone in the air as I say it and often admitting that I can’t find a way to ditch it since my job requires me to have the stupid apps. We really do NEED solutions to these issues. I’ve been trying for years. I’m praying for a way to change my life away from modern hyperconnectivity.
