12.23.2020-Christmas came early for me this year. Just got in my Phoenix Rack attachments from @bridgebuilt Yes!!🤙 Now where do I begin... I cannot begin to describe how blown away I am with this company. I will begin with awesome leadership, innovative craftsmanship, superb quality control and professional customer support. I mean what company owner writes a personalized note saying “Thank you”...Disclaimer, I have never personally met Patryk @turbopat the owner, but just over the short time of communicating with him to design and order my Phoenix rack plus attachments, he has made me feel like we have known eachother for years. Even during these crazy times, Patryk has bent over backwards to get my order to me quickly and for the best shipping rates he could get (I live in Hawaii). I have never experienced this type of service ever before with any company. Breaking in the #PhoenixRack from @bridgebuilt for the first time since assembly. Had the j-Hooks a notch too high but by the time I realized that the bar had 315 on it already and was too lazy to change it.😂Aside from that and I gotta say that I’m happy that I got up to a 405 for a double tho. Next week will be better. The rack is solid and it gives just enough when you rack it and there’s no way that thing is going to flip on you. It’s a bad ass rack and I can still park a my wife’s car in the a garage. Thank you again @turbopat for your innovative design. Can’t wait to get the rest of my order in.
