Sunday geuze, De Cam OG. Very lively, couldn't hold itself to get out of the bottle. Cork came of with a loud bang and about a quarter of the beer gushed out. Mild bretty and funky in aroma with a big mineral note. Moderate fruitiness; some stone fruit and lemon and a dash of fresh cilantro. Spritzy mouthfeel, mild sour accent and even a slight hint of dry bitterness. Very good OG except for that killer cork.
