BREAKFAST as the name says is 'breaking your fast from the night before'. Thus it is the first and the most important meal of the day. Probably the most appealing benefit is that breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism and, thus, helps you burn more calories throughout the day. So why skip it ? As a kid, my mom would never let me leave home without breakfast. And also it does not mean just having a glass of milk or biscuits, but a proper meal with varieties like poha, upma, dosa, idli, paratha, bread etc. along with a glass of milk or fruit shakes. I hated it that time as i was rushing for school or college and i was compelled to finish my food before leaving. I realised its benefits when i started living on my own and i am so grateful to mom that she put this habit in me.
