Ingredients: 2 large eggs. 2 tablespoons milk. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon butter. Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, diced vegetables.
Instructions: Put the eggs into a mug that can go in the microwave. Add the pepper, salt, and milk to the mug. Then, use a whisk to mix everything together well. Put the butter in the mug with the eggs and milk. For 45 seconds, heat the mug on high. The mug will be hot, so be careful when you take it off. Use a fork to stir the eggs. For another 30 to 45 seconds, or until the eggs are set but still a little wet, put them back in the microwave. Watch it carefully so it doesn't get too done. After taking the mug out of the microwave, you can add any toppings you want and serve it hot.
