Almond Butter Chia Pudding Waffle Topper (V, GF)
Waffling on your weekend breakfast plans? Sure, you could add a handful of fresh berries to a bowl of your go-to waffle or pancake batter, again... but you could also outfit your Saturday stack with a scoop of the dreamiest garnish in the land: Almond Butter Chia Pudding.Â
Our new breakfast pot was born to top morning pastries, didnât you know? Psst: Donât have a favourite waffle or pancake recipe? Waffle lovers: We highly recommend the Banana Coconut Waffles by The First Mess. Flapjack fiends: Turn to page 36 of The Greenhouse Cookbook with haste.Â
Garnishes three to five plates.
Ingredients:
Your favourite waffle (or pancake) recipe
Garnish:
1 pot Greenhouseâs Almond Butter Chia Pudding
One banana, sliced into rounds
Handful of cacao nibs, for topping
Handful of chia seeds, for topping
Maple syrup, for topping
Steps:
Prepare your waffles (or pancakes), following the steps on your favourite recipe. We know the scent alone will tempt you to eat pastries straight from the pan, unadorned. Resist.
Transfer your waffles to clean plates, and top each with a scoop of chia seeds, cacao nibs, and sliced bananas.
Youâre not done yet. Add a generous scoop of Almond Butter Chia Pudding to each eaterâs stack. One breakfast pot should be used to garnish three to five plates.
Drizzle with maple syrup, and slice in!

The best breakfast hack for hectic mornings or breakfast meal preparation is sheet pan pancakes. Change up the toppings and substitute different fruits for the blueberries.
Oof, I just tried this Pinterest pancake hack and it's amazing. So I'm posting it on here đ¤ˇ
Make pancakes using a muffin mix. This is a Wildberry flavor muffin mix and it is freaking delicious.
1 muffin mix
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
(Add flour until consistency looks right)
Kitchen hack: When you make pancakes or waffles, add about 1/2-1 teaspoon butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon per every 1 cup of syrup. Then heat in in a bowl for about 15-30 seconds in the microwave until warm. It makes a world of a difference.Â

GOOD MORNING!!! I Give You- 'Fry Poached Eggs.'
GOOD MORNING!!! I Give You- âFry Poached Eggs.â
I love eggs for breakfast.  Lucky for me there are a lot about.  My problems begin when I try to decide how I want to cook them.
For em, fried eggs (sunny up or over easy) are always a good option but one that requires fat to cook, finesse or a non stick pan (I donât have one) and I want easy low fat, easy eggs NOW!
I like a runny yoke so that leaves poaching or minute eggs.
Yum Yum Yum!
