Almost 5 years have passed between these two videos (the one on the right being the most recent!) and I'm humbled at the progress I've made in my flexibility and in my strengthβΊοΈππΌ.. I wanted to share this two-fold transformation because I know what it feels like to struggle.. to be at the bottom looking up and wishing you had it all. And all I can say to you is, if you want - work for itππΌππΌππΌ. I wanted to flatten my splits for this move (and others!!) ... So I trained for it βΊοΈ every gosh damn day. I wanted to hold it confidently, so I trained for that too! It wasn't easy all the time, nor did I feel like it every day.. But it was simple. And I want to share my tips with you !
