It absolutely disgusts me that some people are considering this representation just because there’s a lesbian in it and a cis man who pretends to be a transgender man. This is not what I want representing my community because it does not show us and our identities truly. I have no idea why the author decided to write this, let alone it become a big enough project where it becomes a publicized movie.

Its about a 17 y/o cishet boy, partying an shit around town. He meets a girl who is a lesbian, but becasue everyone is mistaking him for a trans boy becasue of his baby face. Adam thinks she’s hot, so he finds a way to hook up. Adam then realizes that all of the Actual trans men are calling themselves Lesbians becasue they’re pre-transition because apparently that’s completely just okay and totally acceptable... But anyway! He then convinces her to sleep with him, holds his Penis down with Ace bandages, and has sex with her using a strap on. He also told her he was using a strap on and instead, used his actual penis which..Is..Rape. It’s rape to do something during sex that was not consented to by person(s) having sex. So he rapes her..and overall the whole thing is just trash. Please Please please guys.. #boycottadam

I can't really believe it, but there's a movie being made called Adam(2018) that's about a straight 17 year old male that watches his lesbian sister have sex with her girlfriend, meets a lesbian and feels attracted to her. I'm not saying "falls in love with her" because it looks more like he just wants to get in her pants. He lies to her and tells her he's an adult and a trans man, in the sex scenes, he says he's using a strap on, which it is revealed he's using his actual dick. In the last sex scene, after sex, he tells the lesbian the truth and her only response is "I know" and that she's imagined him as a real man. So basically, she became straight and starts dating him instead of being a sane human being and leaving him for making a relationship on her based on lies and basically raping her. She only thinks of leaving him when he drunk calls her insulting her by calling her a slut and a whore. Also, in the movie, all trans men are apparently lesbians because yes. Don't let this movie reach the screens of people, trash like this should be buried (and some people should be fired for thinking this was a good idea).
