Two Colors Two Seasons Northern Hemisphere Southern Hemisphere I’m working on colors in cooking. There’s really no blue natural food. There are blueberries and blu cheese but mold and berries aren’t really sky blue are they? Wanting to contrast red and blue I used a pomegranate and blueberries. Pomegranates are in season here blueberries are not. These are from Mexico.
