I love the 2005 hit tv show Bones. It’s intellectually stimulating and it has a linear story that doesn’t happen all the time and thus I can skip any episodes that gives me too much secondhand embarrassment

Freedom is realizing you can skip the weird horse fetish episode(not to fetish-shame, y’all do y’all, not my cup of tea, yadda yadda yadda) and google anything you missed

Maturing is realizing Hodgins was right but they were being assholes to Booth rather than engaging in productive debates, pushing him away rather than engaging him

I've been watching Bones and the anti muslim and anti Iranian propaganda with the Arastoo character is so fucking ridiculous. One of my main gripes with the show. I'm an Iranian Canadian and every time Arastoo shows up I roll my eyeballs cause the writing for him is sooooo bad. Its either some bs early 2000s Islamophobic propaganda, so some bs anti-iran propaganda which have all aged like milk in the year 2026 given current events. OR hes just being randomly discriminated against at his workplace every time he's there for comedy... i guess. Genuinely very horrendously handled.

Kinda crazy that booth fell in love with Brennan because of a coma dream where she was a completely different person….. she didnt know anything about bones…… She didnt have her intellect or rationality that she had in the real world. But he fell in love w her from that?? Yeah ok…
