Komm Zu Mir AU (Vampire the Masquerade)

This has become a series I want to continue outside of Spooktober2021 because I really love writing this and it has developed into it's own thing from the initial story I wrote in Part 1.

For anyone who doesn't care about Vamp!Homelander or VtM, although this series is part of the VtM universe, it is still angsty 'Homelander' centric, so it is worth giving a chance. :)

Tupperware Heart AU

The 'Sweetness Strikes Again' fic has inspired a new AU and I plan to write more for this Homelander x F!Reader dynamic.

Also, in homage to our King, it's 'Do Whatever The Fuck I Like November' which means I am taking it easy and not doing NaNoWriMo or pressuring myself to post/write EVERY single day. And I will write VtM Vamp!John outside of Oct because there is a place for VtM all year round.

Bisexual Ron is essentially canon in my opinion, Goblet of Fire was the epitome of the “do I want to be them or have them” dilemma for that poor boy

I’ve seen posts that headcanon Harry and James as Indian and it makes an awful lot of sense to me, and in general any headcanon that Harry isn’t white I tend to gravitate towards.

 There are a few classic ships that I always forget aren’t actually canon because they’re so obvious like Dean/Seamus and Sirius/Lupin that I will defend to my grave

I really enjoy reading any and all neurodivergent headcanons even though I don’t have any in particular that I headcanon. I think this is a really interesting area of identity to explore using literary characters and since JK Rowling really doesn’t touch on it directly AT ALL there’s whole worlds of opportunity headcanons can explore

It said that the recent ask on Harry having DID wasn’t likely because Harry was too old to develop DID by Hogwarts, but he could have DID and C-PTSD from the Dursley’s abuse.

I read on several sources that DID could be developed at any age, but I don’t have DID myself and would never claim to be an authority on the subject. Does anyone maybe have some resource suggestions for me, so I can be better informed? :<

I’m not Indian, and I’m certainly not an authority on this. I will say that when I saw the post, I’d never heard of the word hijra, so I looked it up to see what it was. Until I specifically searched for it, I couldn’t find anything on hijra being seen as offensive. When I did, from what I saw, hijra seems to be ‘offensive’ for in kinda the same avenue that a lot of (cis white gay/lesbian Americans) consider queer ‘offensive’. I certainly agree that non-Indian (trans/hijra even?) folk probably shouldn’t be headcanoning characters as hijra, but OPs blog says nothing about their ethnicity or ancestry or where they live or their gender, and I don’t feel right grilling them on that unless they really did say something offensive or inappropriate. And I know as much about you as I do about OP, really.

I can add a sort of “warning” tag to it so people can block? I use “queer headcanons” for search purposes, but people can block that as well if they really want to, so I could do the same with “hijra headcanons”?

I didn’t see the ask, but i’m fairly sure you’re all good, don’t worry. 

But for me at least, no invalidation at all. 

Harry w/ DID/CPTSD it one of my favorite headcanons as well, as a DID system, it’s rare to find a character that feels like they can fit.
