First, I want to say thank you for all the love you have shown the transcript blog over the years. I'm glad it could be such a valuable resource for so many.

However, I haven't had the capacity to keep it going for a while now, as I'm sure you've noticed. I apologize for the neglected content as well as the inbox full of unanswered messages.

With all this being said, I'm passing admin duties to "an understudy transcriber who prefers to go unnamed" who hopes to get caught up to the most recently released episodes and keep things updated going forward.

First of all: I'm generally anti-censorship and anti-harassment. I believe in the right of people to refuse to host AI-generated slop and to boot bigots from their communities for spewing hate, for example, but I consider banning fiction to be a dangerously slippery slope. (Obviously, real-world abuse of real beings is never okay!) I do believe in fiction affecting reality, but I don't believe it's nearly so simple as "someone who writes about fucked-up shit is Endorsing it and making it Acceptable IRL". I also do believe that everyone has the right to engage or not engage with whatever stories they individually want, that it's important to tag stuff so people can do this, and that anyone who negs you about not wanting to read something is being a jerk.

As for my personal tastes in fiction and shipping, most of mine are super mild by online standards. However, I occasionally dive into relationships that are toxic in the sense of "they may love each other but one or more of them is still making the other(s) Worse." The main example on this blog is Rafael/October - I'm figuring out a tag for them so that people can block it if they need to. I don't engage with adult/minor or incest because those are personally triggering to me. However, while non/dubcon is usually too spicy for me, I do have friends who write it (including one who I share a head with!), I do love their fucked-up little guys, and I don't consider this something to be ashamed of.
